The content of the transactional SMS, including monthly due balances and invoice links, will be based on the data and information you provide through the IsleBooks POS platform. MV Bytes LLC will handle the transmission and delivery of transactional SMS messages to the recipients’ mobile numbers provided by you. You agree to use the transactional SMS feature in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content of the SMS messages is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights. MV Bytes LLC reserves the right to monitor the usage of transactional SMS and may suspend or terminate this feature for any account found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or involved in unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
To use the transactional SMS feature, businesses must obtain approval for an SMS Alphanumeric sender ID. The sender ID is the alphanumeric name or number that appears as the sender of the SMS message. To apply for an SMS Alphanumeric sender ID, businesses are required to submit their business documents for verification purposes, which may include business registration details, tax identification numbers, or any other documentation deemed necessary by MV Bytes LLC. A copy of the authorized representative’s ID card must also be submitted to confirm the authenticity of the sender. The approval of an SMS Alphanumeric sender ID is subject to MV Bytes LLC’s review and discretion. We reserve the right to deny or revoke sender ID approval if the provided information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
By using the transactional SMS feature, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of the recipient’s mobile numbers necessary for delivering transactional SMS messages. MV Bytes LLC will not use the recipients’ mobile numbers for any purpose other than delivering transactional SMS messages on your behalf. We will handle this information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to receive transactional SMS messages.
