1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MV Bytes LLC immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use IsleBooks POS.
2.1 IsleBooks POS provides business management, product management, purchase management, sales and point-of-sale (POS) terminal functionality, staff and user management, reporting, assets management, CRM features, and other related features.
2.2 MV Bytes LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features or functionalities of IsleBooks POS without prior notice.
3.1 IsleBooks POS is offered under various subscription plans. The details of the subscription plans, including pricing and features, are available on the IsleBooks POS website.
3.2 By subscribing to IsleBooks POS, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to your chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed securely through the provided payment gateway, Stripe or Local Bank Transfer.
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that Stripe will process your payment information and that their terms and conditions and privacy policy will govern such payment processing. MV Bytes LLC does not store or process any payment information provided by you.
3.4 MV Bytes LLC reserves the right to modify the subscription fees and pricing structure. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
4.1 IsleBooks POS offers a transactional SMS feature that allows businesses to send transactional SMS to their customers, including important information such as monthly due balances and invoice links.
4.2 By using the transactional SMS feature, businesses authorize MV Bytes LLC to send transactional SMS messages to their customers on their behalf.
4.3 Businesses acknowledge that the content of transactional SMS, including monthly due balances and invoice links, will be based on the data and information provided through the IsleBooks POS platform.
4.4 MV Bytes LLC will handle the transmission and delivery of transactional SMS messages to the recipients’ mobile numbers provided by the business.
4.5 Businesses agree to use the transactional SMS feature in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. It is the responsibility of the business to ensure that the content of the SMS messages is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights.
4.6 Businesses must obtain approval for an SMS Alphanumeric sender ID to use the transactional SMS feature. The approval is subject to MV Bytes LLC’s review and discretion. MV Bytes LLC may deny or revoke sender ID approval if the provided information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4.7 By using the transactional SMS feature, businesses acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of the recipients’ mobile numbers necessary for delivering transactional SMS messages. MV Bytes LLC will not use the recipients’ mobile numbers for any purpose other than delivering transactional SMS messages on behalf of the business.
4.8 It is the responsibility of the business to obtain the necessary consent from their customers to receive transactional SMS messages. Businesses agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to SMS communications and marketing. MV Bytes LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from the business’s failure to obtain appropriate consent or comply with SMS-related laws and regulations.
5.1 We strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience using IsleBooks POS. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. 6.1 MV Bytes LLC will handle and store your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using IsleBooks POS, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the IsleBooks POS Privacy Policy.
6.2 MV Bytes LLC will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. However, you understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and MV Bytes LLC cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.1 MV Bytes LLC provides customer support and technical assistance for IsleBooks POS during standard business hours, Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 12 PM. Support is available via email and the IsleBooks POS Facebook page.
7.2 MV Bytes LLC may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of IsleBooks POS. You agree that it is your responsibility to install any necessary updates or upgrades to ensure continued access to and use of IsleBooks POS.
8.1 It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while using IsleBooks POS. MV Bytes LLC cannot be held liable for any legal consequences or damages resulting from your failure to comply with such laws, regulations, or industry standards.
9.1 IsleBooks POS and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the property of MV Bytes LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or licenses in IsleBooks POS, except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with this Agreement.
10.1 MV Bytes LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of IsleBooks POS.
11.1 You may cancel your subscription and terminate this Agreement at any time by following the cancellation procedures specified on the IsleBooks POS website.
11.2 MV Bytes LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to IsleBooks POS without prior notice if you breach this Agreement or engage in any unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Wyoming, USA.
